Terms of Service
This document is a draft and has not been reviewed by legal counsel. Do not treat it as final before that review is complete.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Tatsupay service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Scope of Service
Tatsupay provides payment gateway services that let you accept payments via QRIS and other methods we may offer from time to time.
We provide an API, a merchant dashboard, and mechanisms for recording and paying out funds. We are not a bank and do not offer fund storage as a standalone product.
3. Accounts and Verification
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and keep it updated when it changes.
We may request supporting documents for identity verification and know-your-customer due diligence. We may delay or decline service activation until verification is complete.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys confidential.
- All activity carried out using your API keys is treated as your activity.
- You must notify us promptly if you know or suspect that your account has been misused.
4. Prohibited Use
The service may not be used for activities that violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to:
- Gambling in any form.
- Sale of narcotics, psychotropics, and other controlled substances.
- Fraud, pyramid schemes, and unlicensed investment offerings.
- Money laundering and terrorism financing.
- Sale of goods or services that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Content that violates public decency or involves child exploitation.
- Sale of weapons, explosives, and other restricted goods.
5. Fees
Service fees follow the rates published on the Pricing page at the time a transaction occurs. Transaction fees are deducted when a transaction settles, and a payout fee applies to each payout request.
We may change rates with reasonable notice. Rates already applied to completed transactions are not changed retroactively.
6. Settlement and Payouts
Funds from settled transactions are recorded in your account ledger. Payouts are made to a verified bank account held in your name or your business entity name.
We may temporarily withhold a payout where there are indications of unusual transactions, disputes, or outstanding obligations, and we will inform you of the reason.
7. Transaction Disputes
You are responsible for delivering goods or services to your buyers and for resolving complaints arising from those transactions.
Where a refund is requested, you are responsible for the refund amount and any associated costs, and we may offset these against your balance.
8. Service Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practicable.
The service may be disrupted by matters outside our control, including disruptions to payment networks, infrastructure providers, or applicable regulation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for losses arising from use of the service is limited to the service fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the loss.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or other indirect losses.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where there is a breach of these terms, indications of unlawful activity, or a request from a competent authority.
You may stop using the service at any time. Obligations incurred before termination remain in effect, including obligations relating to unresolved transaction disputes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice in the dashboard.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion before being pursued through applicable legal channels.
